Reservations: Deposit Requirements
To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. If you wish to pay by check in USD or Euros: Your deposit must reach our office within 72 hours of booking request to the following address:

We recommend UPS, FEDEX, DHL.
If you wish to pay via bank to bank wire transfer, we shall be happy to forward you our transfer and account details via fax upon request.
The balance due must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
All reservations received less than 30 days prior to arrival, require full payment at time of booking by wire transfer only.
Credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% due to domestic processing fees.
All deposits will be refunded, less a 15% administrative fee, if we receive written notice 45 days or more prior to arrival date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to date of arrival.
No refunds will be given for unused package portion, hotel rooms, tours and transfers for any reason. For postponed reservations, there will be a US 50.00 fee per change per room or US 150.00 per change for house rental.
We encourage our guests to take out travel insurance to cover against cancellation or date changes in unforeseen circumstances, as we are unable to refund the deposit for any reason within the cancellation period.
