The Shop at Quinta Maconda
The same attention to detail that embodies the Quinta Maconda lifestyle philosophy has been brought to the selection of our products and to the design and manufacture of our collection of hand-woven brocades and handmade leather travel wear. Working with local artisans, we are intent on forwarding quality and excellence to elevate regional craft, and give years of pleasure to our discerning clients.
Our collection of handmade travelwear and Guatemalan hand-woven brocades is our specialty, and our exclusive creation.
QM Décor also offers items that we have collected on our travels: pottery and textiles from the Americas , baby alpaca throws and scarves from Peru , primitive art and masks, pashminas and paisleysfrom India, as well as a fine collection of southeast Asian antique furniture.
Quinta Maconda Décor is located at #11 Calle del Arco, half a block north of Antigua’s main square in our colonial inn.

Guatemalan Handwoven Brocade Accessories
We have taken the art of brocade weaving a step further by toning down the harsh colors and complementing indigenous designs with richer, muted hues and earth tones. The sophisticated designs of traditional Maya ceremonial textiles respond to this new form with great elegance. We manufacture a collection of ottomans, throws, placemats, and pillowcases using these sumptuous fabrics. The extensive palette of custom colors we have developed ensures annual changes and sustains client interest.
